Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the Site, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@pjmurphy.org.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before initiating arbitration or litigation.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and P J Murphy Transportation Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
